A horse needs to have a leader that he can trust to keep him safe. The key to solving any problem a horse has or starting any c**t is by developing his trust in you. This begins with t

eaching Ground Manners which is achieved by desensitizing and teaching it to accept feel and movement. Once the horse learns to trust and realizes this doesn’t hurt and doesn’t have to be afraid, then the problem solving begins and the c**t starting continues. For the person who wants to communicate with their horse the natural way by starting on the ground and then applying the same techniques from the saddle, also c**t starting the gentle way that mother nature intended it to be

They are learning essentials they will need for the rest of their lives. Its your job to be that "Leader"

2 mares successful with AI, fingers crossed for #3, Rona will be bred hopefully this week! For those not familiar with AI, frozen semen is a bit tricky, conception rate is lower than with fresh semen
so we are over the top excited with 2 pregnancies on the first attempt to breed! Must be our lucky week...2 pregnancies and 2 inches of rain! This week just can't get any better!

Also yesterday, another confirmed heart beat on Scooter! She is a granddaughter of Once in a Blu Boon and great daughter of Smart Little Lena! Now for the great part, her baby dad is Cuttin The Reys, a son of Stevie Rey Von, a 14 million dollar sire and grandson of Metalic Cat, a 52 million dollars sire! Can't wait to see this baby! And the best part, this is a Saskatchewan Stallion!! He is just starting his career and has a little over 3k in winnings!

We have never had a buckskin roan before, He is the only boy we got this year, so he has to compete with the other 5 girls, so we thought he should have a powerful, distinguished name! We are gonna call him WAYLON! He is such a cool looking, easy going, friendly guy, he will do his name sake proud! 'He's just a good ole boy'🎶🎶
