Urgent Foster Needed for Julietta. Also available for adoption 💔

Julietta thought she had found her forever home. She was adopted… but through no fault of her own, she has been returned. Now she’s once again waiting for someone to see the wonderful dog she truly is.

Julietta is a sweet, loving girl who just needs the right person to understand her. She has lots of energy and would thrive with someone who enjoys walking, hiking, and spending time outdoors. An active home where she can burn off that energy will make her happiest.

She requires a securely fenced yard to keep her safe. Julietta also has a high prey drive, so a home without cats or small animals is necessary.

While she could potentially live with another dog depending on personality and the right match, she would likely do best as the only dog, where she can soak up all the love and attention.

Julietta truly is a good girl with so much love to give. She just needs someone patient who understands her and is willing to give her the chance she deserves.

Meet Jenny 💕

Jenny, a 1.5 year old mexi mix, is the sweetest little girl with a gentle, quiet nature. She loves the outdoors, enjoys playtime, and is happiest being near her family, relaxing in her own cozy bed.

She would do best in a quiet, rural home with a calm family. Jenny is devoted to her people and while she isn’t social with visitors, she is never aggressive—she simply retreats to her bed.

Jenny is house and crate trained, good on leash with excellent recall, and does well in the car. She is very well-mannered—quiet, doesn’t bark or jump up, likes to eat on her own, and loves being groomed.

She loves dogs and cats, has no prey drive, and would do well with children 6+. While she enjoys other dogs, she would also be happy as an only dog.

Jenny is a sweet, loving companion ready for a peaceful home and a family to call her own. 🐾💗

Compassionate Adoption Needed for Our Sweet Nerena 💜

We’ve done everything we can for our beautiful Nerena… and our hearts break knowing she still hasn’t found the forever home she so deeply deserves. Today, we are posting her as a compassionate adoption, hoping someone will see the incredible soul we see every day.

Nerena is a senior girl, about 8–9 years young, with a gentle spirit, plenty of s***k, and the happiest little snowy face. She still loves her walks, still enjoys playtime, and still finds joy in the simple things.

Her medical diagnosis is still uncertain, narrowed down to Evans Syndrome (an autoimmune disorder) and/or IMHA (Immune-Mediated Hemolytic Anemia). She loses small tufts of hair and may develop lesions, and she is currently on prednisone to help keep her comfortable.

We have spent thousands on Nerena’s care, and we know she can live out her days happily with the right compassionate companion—someone who can offer patience, stability, and unconditional love.

For Nerena, we are looking for: ✨ A fenced yard
✨ A home where she can be the only dog, so she can receive all the attention she deserves
✨ No cats and no children, please
✨ Nerena may take a little longer to warm up to men and to new people visiting the home, but with time and gentle reassurance, her sweet nature shines through

Meet Duke!
(Brother of our sweet pup Drupi!)

Duke may start off a little nervous when meeting new people, but give him a moment to feel safe and you’ll discover the sweetest, smartest boy. Once he trusts you, he lights up and loves to show off the tricks he’s been working on — he’s already mastered sit, lay down, and shake paw! Duke LOVES learning and picks up new things quickly once he’s comfortable.

Loud noises and busy environments can spook him, but with gentle guidance and calm reassurance, he’s improving every day. The more he explores, the more confidence he builds! Patience and love is a must for this boy.

Duke’s on the low end of high energy — he celebrates every success with joy, but once he’s had the right amount of exercise and brain games, he can happily chill out and relax. A family who would take him soon adventures and have plenty of time for walks would be ideal for this good boy.

Duke’s ideal home would be one with a fenced in yard where he could run and play. No condos or Apartments for him. He is great with dogs but we believe children 8+ would be best as his sweet but nervous puppy energy needs gentle handling. Duke is fully house and crate trained and he does need to be crated when left alone — he’s a little mischievous if given free roam, but he’s perfectly content in his crate. He is a good traveller once he gets into the car and settles.

Duke is sensitive, smart, and full of love — he just needs the right family to help him continue growing into the confident, amazing dog he’s meant to be.

This 7-month-old bundle of joy is full of energy and love for life! Drupi is a happy, playful pup who adores people and is always ready for fun. 🐾 Meet Maya! 6 months young and full of fun! 🐾

Hi everyone, I’m Maya — a happy, playful pup who’s ready to find my very own family!

I was found on the street with my brothers and a few grown-up ladies (no one’s quite sure who my mama is, but that’s okay — we were one big family anyway!). We were just trying to find some food, but people didn’t want us around. Luckily, a kind volunteer rescued us and brought us to the shelter.

Now it’s my turn to find a forever home! 💕

I love to play with other dogs and have a blast running around the playground. I’ve got a lot to learn, but I’m smart, curious, and so ready to explore the world with my new family. Im house trained and crate.

The shelter is very busy and noisy, and I dream of a cozy home where I can cuddle, learn, and grow up surrounded by love. 💖

🌟 Meet Ghost – The Dog Who Survived the Unthinkable 🌟

Ghost’s story is not an easy one to tell. In Mexico, he suffered cruelty no animal should ever endure—he was beaten with a shovel by a vicious couple, left broken in body and spirit. On top of that, he was diagnosed with double hip dysplasia. But somehow… this boy never gave up. He held onto hope, and he held onto love.

Ghost is a beautiful, gentle soul with a big personality. He’s a bit of a chatterbox so he’ll happily let you know when it’s mealtime! He walks wonderfully on leash and absolutely loves to swim, which is one of his favourite ways to enjoy the outdoors.

Ghost thrives on a strict routine. Regular bathroom breaks and a structured schedule help him feel secure and prevent any accidents. He does have some anxiety, so he’ll do best in a calm home where someone is around often to give him the reassurance he needs.

Ghost’s ideal home would be one with a fenced in backyard. He gets along well with both dogs and cats, but he isn’t suited to households with children or loud, unpredictable environments. Ghost is also managing hip dysplasia very wel but he’ll need an adopter committed to supporting his ongoing care and comfort.

If you can offer Ghost the patient, steady, and loving home he deserves, he’ll reward you with loyalty, companionship, and plenty of heart.

🔥🐾 Too Hot to Walk Your Dog? Think Again! 🐶☀️

Keep your four-legged friend safe this summer by knowing when it’s too hot for walkies! 🥵🐕

🌡️ 20–24°C
⚠️ Be cautious! Keep walks short, stick to shady spots 🌳, and make sure your pup stays well hydrated 💧.

🌡️ 25–29°C
❗ Risky temperatures! Only venture out for a quick stroll in the shade—only if absolutely necessary! 🐾

🌡️30°C+
🚫 Far too hot for walkies! Stay indoors or let your dog relax in a cool, shaded area 🛋️🌬️.

📌 Important to remember:

🔹 Pavement test! If it’s too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for their paws. Tarmac can reach 51°C even when it’s just 21–26°C outside! 🥵🔥
🔹 Humidity counts! High humidity can make the heat feel even worse 🌫️
🔹 Breed & health: Puppies, older dogs, short-nosed breeds (like Pugs & Bulldogs), and dogs with health issues are at higher risk 🐕❤️
