Abby was my apprentice board & train, my first ever training client here at Walk With Me. And now she is my last boarder. Poetic! In case you missed it - I am leaving WWM to spread my wings and pursue my own business🕊️ My last day is February 5th. A very exciting time! I learned a lot, I grew as a trainer and I’m so grateful for my time here. The people I connected with, the dogs that shaped me. It’s been a wonderful experience and I’m happy to continue my journey training people & dogs🤩🐾 Thanks to everyone who has supported me through the years!! You made me the trainer I am 🫶🏼

Another cute face🥰 A week late in posting but this is Mika! She is here for a two week board & train to work on crate and potty training 🤝🏼 her and Rosie just happened to come to me at the same time! she is doing great with the crate and hasn’t had an accident, potty training is about having super super strict management and routine in the beginning. Then we work on more freedom and making good choices!✅

Who is that little girl?😆 it’s Rosie! (Yes another Rosie!) she is a 4 month old toy poodle, here for a two week board & train for crate and potty training. She’s a confident girl who loves cuddles and bouncing around. Happy to have her here🐾

Rosie🌹 first private lesson! (Isn’t she so cute?!?)

We worked on⬇️

🐾Creating a clear communication system so we can tell her what we like and what we don’t like!
🐾Place command as a way to manage counter surfing
🐾How to turn off leash pressure (go with the leash instead of fight it) which will help with leash walking and using the leash as guidance

She’s a smart cookie🍪

Teamwork makes the leash work! 🐾 Another Day School intake complete. Everyone did super, happy to see all the dogs engaged and happy with their owners as we ensure all the skills we taught the pups transfer to real life back home too! 🥰🐶

One week to reset🧘🏼‍♀️ before our next intake begins November 11th.
