Do Maine C**ns Like Water and Swimming (The Catty Paddle)?

When considering a Maine C**n and doing your research, or even perhaps hearing from word of mouth, you will undoubtedly hear about the Maine C**n’s natural love of water.

They are quite possibly descended from seafaring ships, so a love of the water might be expected.

But is this true now? Do Maine C**ns like water and to swim?

Maine C**ns as a breed are more interested in water than others but each individual cat will have their own preferences. Maine C**n kittens are likely to play with tap water, and a lot of adult Maine C**ns enjoy a bath. Of all the cat breeds, perhaps Maine C**ns are more suited to a sailing life.

The Maine C**n was thought to have made it to the United States on the sailing ships of the great trading empires of the last few centuries.

Unsurprisingly then, the Maine C**n breed is perhaps more adept at being in the water.
