Introducing PEPPER❤️!

Pepper joins us from Oshawa animal services and is approximately 2 years old, spayed, and microchipped, UTD on vaccinations, dewormed, and flea treated!

Pepper is a sweet and shy girl who is very affectionate once she warms up to you. Pepper loves wet food, hidey beds, and treats. 🐈‍⬛❤️

Pepper’s previous life is not fully known, she was found outside and sustained what’s assumed to be chemical burns. Pepper will need lots of good quality wet and dry food to encourage her fur to grow back!

She will need some extra TLC when adjusting to her new home to help build her confidence. 🏠

Pepper doesn’t seem to mind other kitty friends. However, she is not dog tested.

Meet Jack, Feta, Swiss, Gouda, and Cheddar — a lovable mischief of male rats who have been with us from Oshawa Animal Services since August 2024 & have been patiently waiting for a furever home.🐀❤️

These five were surrendered together, and while we can’t say for sure, we believe they are brothers!🥰

We have been praying for someone to come along and scoop them up, giving them a soft place to land and somewhere to live out their golden years…

but unfortunately, we haven’t been so lucky in finding that person.😞💔

We are hoping for a home that’s experienced and understanding of the gentle, wonderful nature of senior rats.
They’ve spent most of their lives side by side in an unbreakable bond, offering each other comfort and companionship, and we want nothing more for them to stay together in a home that will cherish them for the rest of their days.🏠❤️

Introducing Silvia! This sweet girl is looking for her furever home and is joining us from Oshawa Animal Service Center🐾❤️

Silvia is approximately two years old and is fixed, UTD on vaccinations, micro-chipped, dewormed and flea treated.

this beautiful girl, Sylvia was found wandering around Harmony Walmart Plaza, trying to survive on her own. Life outdoors has been tough on her, making her a little shy, but with patience and love she’s sure to bloom in the right home. She’ll need some extra TLC to help her build confidence and feel truly safe. 

Sylvia finds comfort in her cozy hideaway beds, where she can relax and observe her surroundings. she has a soft spot for treats and absolutely loves her wet food. with gentle words in a soothing voice, she enjoys being petted and is learning to trust more each day.

This sweet girl with thrive at a quiet, calm home with no young children, where she can settle in at her own pace. If you were looking for a gentle companion who just needs a little extra love, Sylvia might be the perfect match for you.

This gorgeous girl Lexi is a shy, but sweet soul looking for a patient and loving home. She needs a calm environment and a family willing to give her the extra TLC she deserves to help her feel safe and come out of her shell. With time and gentle care, she will surely grow into a loving companion.

Lexi finds comfort in her cozy hideaway beds, where she can relax and feel secure. She has a big love for wet food and enjoys her whiskas dry food as well. While she may take a little time to warm up, a quiet and understanding home will give her the space she needs to build confidence at her own pace.

these kittens are approximately six months old and are fixed, UTD on vaccinations, micro-chipped, de-wormed and flea treated.

Clarice and Ruddy are two sweet but shy kitten is looking for a patient and loving home. They maybe a little timid at first, but once they get their you loved chin scratches they start to warm up and show their affectionate side. With a little extra TLC, they will blossom into loving companions.

These precious babies would thrive best if adopted together because they are bonded and lean on each other for confidence and maybe another feline friend. They find comfort in their cozy hideaway beds and love playing with their toys. Need a way to their hearts? Treats, gentle affection, and a little patience.

Here’s a little information about a few of the sick cats currently in Oshawa Animal Services’ care

Chicken’s Story:

Chicken arrived as a stray last week and was taken to the Animal Emergency Clinic of Durham Region for an exam. His leg is completely unattached but not broken! 🤯

Vets believe it was dislocated after getting stuck, and he is now scheduled for a leg amputation. Despite it all, Chicken is as happy as can be! 🐾❤️

Chicken's emergency medical bill was already $1100.00 without his surgery. He'll be headed into surgery very soon, his surgery is an additional estimated $1700❤️.

They will be posting updates on Chicken as he recovers on their page tagged above. They also have a link to donate directly to them for Chicken☺️🐾.

Cystine(10y) & Gertie’s(12y) Story:

Cystine arrived mid December as a stray. She had a mass at the base of her tail that needed to removed after a few attempts of draining and antibiotics, surgery was the only way to help her. Gertie arrived at the beginning of January. Sweet Gertie needs a dental🦷🪥.

We are hoping to raise some money to cover the cost of both Cystine and Gertie together. Their combined vet costs are estimated to be around $2000. Gertie’s dental estimate is $1500 and Cystine’s mass removal was around $650.

Every cent counts so any amount will be greatly appreciated.
