The environment is very quiet, cages are not used unless the dog is aggressive. We treat the animals as if they were ours, playing with them, giving them treats, we leave beds out for them.
the groom includes a bath, anals done, dry, fluffed, dematted, nails clipped, ears cleaned, and their hair cut. When we have a dog that is scared or very fussy about certain things we take extra care and take our time so the dog doesnt feel pressured. We have a few cages that are set up so that if the dog is scared of the dryer or bites the dryer they can have a little break in the cage with the dryer on low blowing into the cage so it circulates around them and helps dry them up. We try not to use muzzles on the dogs as it can make them more upset in the long run. If a dog is fussy for its nails there is two of us so one can hold the dog if its little or one can talk to the dog if its big and distract it. As i said before when the dogs are done if theyre all nice with other dogs we put them on the floor to run around and play, we take them outside for a little walk to go p*e or p**p. There is only two of us so its not very busy, it stays fairly calm so the dogs dont get stressed out

We both have learned how to work with hard to handle dogs that can be aggressive so that is not usually a problem for us. We also specialize in grooming cats as well. The grooms for any animal all depends on the size and the amount of work that has to be done. When you're not a regular and dont want a groom and just want nails done its only $10/small dogs, $20/lrg. A face tidy is usually starts around $10 depending on if we just do the face tidy or the nails, bum, etc. Once you become a regular rebooking client you then get face tidys, nail trimmings and anals checked free of charge and come in any time we are open. we do alot of walk ins but due to covid prefer to book you an appointment and keep you on a rebooking schedule so that your dog stays clean and happy
