Last week, some of our team had the opportunity to attend the OVMA Conference in Niagara, and we came back with new ideas, fresh perspectives, and valuable tools to bring back to our clinic.
Continuing education is very important to us, because veterinary medicine is always evolving. It allows our team to continue learning, growing, and finding ways to better support our patients, clients, and each other.
Some of the topics covered included fear-free practices we can continue implementing in clinic, communication tools to help support our clients, updates in patient care, and ways we can continue making veterinary visits as positive and stress-free as possible.
We are proud of our team for taking the time to keep learning and for bringing that knowledge back to the rest of our team, our clients, and our patients. 🐾
