Our next Paws for a Cause is Wednesday (May 27th). Funds will be going to Take Action Zimbabwe. Our RVT Maghan recently went Africa and learned about these amazing anti-poaching trained dogs (even getting to see some of them in training), inspiring our cause for this month. Check them out at:

Tick season is upon us and it is looking like an especially bad year! Pictured are the ticks we have removed from patients over the last 2 weeks.

As you can see, even when engorged these guys can be quite small and can be difficult to find, especially on dogs or cats with long/thick coats.
