She has competed internationally in show jumping up to the Grand Prixn level and Grade ABC Combined, and has competed up to the Intermediate and FEI 2* level eventing. Ruth has produced and campaigned countless young horses and produced stallions to success in the show ring. Armstrong Farm stands several stallions, including the fully approved Selle Francais sires: Frenchman and Ilian de Taute, and the Canadian Warmblood VDL Ulando H.

With Ruths back ground as an equestrian, including having lived on or owned farms for the the last 40 years, an also Ontario businsess operator, give her a distinct and unique undersatnding of equestrain properties. She knows the questions to ask and how to market any potential horse property. Ruth knows horses,riders and their families and understands their needs.
