🌊✨ Introducing Starrywater & LaSiren Kennels *Aquatic Creatures* Litter ✨🌊
After a long and intentional hiatus to focus on my health and other important aspects of my personal life, I’m thrilled to share something very special — the arrival of a long-awaited litter here at Starrywater. It's been a journey, and I couldn't be more excited to introduce the *Aquatic Creatures* litter, also affectionately nicknamed the “Sea Monsters.” 🐾
This pairing was chosen with careful attention to health, genetic diversity, but never once did I forget the breed standards that guide everything we do (CKC, KCP/FCI, & AKC).
This litter was sired by Starrywater’s Across The Harbor “Sam” and is out of Gruffalina’s Sing For The Moment “Vanga”.
This litter was made possible through a spirit of collaboration and a shared commitment to breed preservation. Produced in partnership with Sam & Vanga’s co-owner Kenneth McGehee of LaSiren Kennel, using a truly exquisite bitch imported from Gruffalina’s Kennel in Croatia — a dream that became reality thanks to the kind and crucial assistance of Barbara Dubois of Calypso Kennel - Peruvian Hairless Dogs. I’m deeply grateful to these passionate, knowledgeable breeders for walking this path with me.
Vanga delivered these pups throughout the night of June 8 into the early hours of June 9, we are thrilled to welcome:
5 Hairless Females
1 Coated Female
1 Hairless Male
1 Coated Male
We have both high hopes and high expectations for this litter, and we’re excited to see where the future takes them. We truly hope some of these puppies will go on to make waves (pun intended) and have meaningful, successful show careers in both Canada and the USA.
