It’s my favourite number… and honestly, who can argue with an excuse to bake pie?

Fresh out of the oven today: a couple of homemade pies with flaky golden crust and a little decorative flair. Baking them felt like the perfect way to celebrate a day dedicated to both math and dessert. Truly the best crossover.

Now I need to know…
