The first time I made brookies, it was just for fun. I brought them as a little treat to work… and they disappeared WAY faster than I expected. 😂

Since then, I’ve had more people ask, “When are you making brookies again?!” than I ever expected. I guess you really can’t go wrong with a fudgy brownie and a chewy chocolate chip cookie in one. 🤎🍪
