Jasper Sunrise Wildwoods - Jaye Gallant's Offering West Prince residents/vistors a place to learn basic horse care, handling, western or english very reasonable prices for all our services!

example

* $350 Race Horse boarding, winter rest, year round layup with basic stall rest care if needed, cold hosing, rub downs, bandaging, oral or injection meds if needed, walking out or turn out paddock time or indoor in inclement weather. also includes atleast a weekly good grooming.
$350-500per month

* $25 per student for 1hr+ Group lessons or discounted for monthly riding programs

*both programs are only monthly commitments you can choose not to continue.
~ use one of our horses as your own when your here including 1-3 supervised Barn visits per week atleast 1 lesson and practice during other visits ... also the offer of extra supervised farm time, helping as farm hands Durning camps, activities, trail rides etc
** at the end of 1yr with the Train to Own Program- the Program horses ownership is given to the student and thru the year they have been taught to everything we can teach them to prepare them for owning the horse.
** monthly programs range from $150-400 monthly depending on commitment time to the Horse/farm time as well as the training each horse and rider needs to bond and partner up 🤠

* trail/beach Rides price ranges $20- $45 per person
30min to 2.5hr long rides

* camps ranging in Price $35-45 per day

(before any hate comments ... she is not strapped to the horse! it is a velcro seat that velcros to her thigh straps, to offer her a little bit of support as to not fall off as easily as she gains her balance and confidence * FOR TIMES LIKE WHEN GRIFFY SHAKES ON HER ... If she was to fall off the velcro just pulls apart)

How Jasper Sunrise Wildwoods came to be ....

We currently have 8 horses, most have come to us as rescues or in need of a home. We give them love, the care they need and in return they are happy to be useful and have a job being loved by everyone. We provide lessons, after school program, day camps, preschool, teen & adult sessions, Wild Riders program for students to compete in horse shows, trail/beach/sleigh rides and other events! Riding is OUTDOORS but we do have a small sheltered area that can be used especially in inclement weather ... also outdoor riding ring will be made larger to 40x60 plus a 30x70 indoor arena with a 50x90 sand track around it by Spring 2019! Many know my love for horses but may not know I have been riding since the age of 2, started showing at 6 years old and that I have owned horses for over 20 years but have rode the majority of my life.

I RECENTLY BECAME A CHA STANDARD WESTERN & ENGLISH RIDING CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR, ALSO CERTIFIED BY EQUI-HEALTH CANADA FOR BASIC & ADVANCED EMERGENCY EQUINE FIRST AID AS WELL AS FOR DISASTER PLANNING & PREPAREDNESS … WE ARE ALSO A EQUI-HEALTH CANADA "CERTIFIED SAFE" FACILITY.

I have about 40 yrs of horse knowledge and am still learning everyday. I wanted to share my love of horses with others so my dream became reality when I STARTED MY BUSINESS “Jasper Sunrise Wildwoods” NOV 12th 2017!!!! Jasper and Sunrise were 2 of our childhood horses, my BEST friends!

* JASPER was a registered palomino quarter horse owned by my older sister Cyndy. * SUNRISE was my 13.3 hand quarter horse/arab cross pony who was one of a kind. It was fitting to honor them in my farm name, plus we live in the woods so "Jasper Sunrise Wildwoods" was a perfect fit.
