Hey everyone! 💚 I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself again, especially for those of you who are new to Rock Well! 👋

I’m so happy to have all of you here and to have the opportunity to share client stories, wellness tips, and information about salt therapy for horses. 🧂🐴

Salt therapy involves the inhalation of microscopic dry salt particles, which can help reduce inflammation in the respiratory system, thin mucus, and support easier breathing and improved performance.

Stories like Cade’s are especially meaningful to me. I absolutely love being part of these horses’ journeys and seeing the positive changes that can come from supporting their respiratory health. Every horse is different and will respond differently, but the majority of Rock Well clients have noticed a significant improvement in their horses. 😮‍💨🫁🧂

It may look gross… 🤮 but Cade is relieved he was able to get that mucus out! 🙌🧂

Cade started with 3 sessions back to back as most of our new clients do. This was day 2 and we were happy we caught this incredible release on camera! 📸 💧

Watch Foxy’s breathing improve after a salt therapy session! 🌿💚

A little about this sweet little Welsh pony: 🐴

Foxy started experiencing breathing problems for the first time this spring. She was prescribed puffers and clenbuterol, which initially helped, but she continued to rely on them regularly. 😮‍💨

After three salt therapy sessions in July, Foxy was able to be off her medications for almost a month and was breathing really well again! 🙌

Unfortunately, with the recent wildfire smoke here in Ontario, combined with a dusty farm environment, Foxy began to struggle again last week. Her owner booked her in for a maintenance salt therapy session, and during her treatment, Foxy coughed quite a bit. 😷 🧂

Coughing during a session can occur as the salt helps loosen and clear mucus and other irritants from the airways. 🌿💨

The very next day, her owner sent me a video and called to let me know that Foxy was breathing so much better. It was wonderful to hear that she was feeling more comfortable again! 💚

Of course, every horse responds differently to salt therapy, and results can vary from one horse to another. However, we’re thrilled that so many of our clients notice positive changes following their initial sessions. 💚

We’re so happy to be able to support horses and ponies like Foxy and help them breathe a little easier. 🧂🌿🫁

Although it takes lots of patience with the tricky loaders, endless cleaning of the trailer, constant scheduling, and plenty of thought and planning… it most definitely is all sunshine and rainbows. 🥹☀️🌈

Spending time at your farms and with your horses brings me so much joy as a crazy horse girl. 🐴👧 I truly adore helping each and every horse (or pony) improve their health and well-being through the power of salt therapy.

I am so honoured that you trust me with your deeply loved animals. 💚

This summer has been especially hard on so many horses, and I absolutely love seeing how salt therapy can help support horses struggling with allergies, heaves, and other respiratory challenges. Seeing them breathe a little easier and feel a little better makes every early morning, long drive, and difficult loader completely worth it. 🧂🌿🫁

Watching a horse on day one be terrified of loading on a trailer…to then seeing them so relaxed and calm a few sessions warms my whole heart. 🥺🫶🏼

I am speed. ⚡️😂
Justt Jackson, 3yo Quarter Horse racehorse, taking his salt therapy very seriously. 🧂🐴

Salt therapy can be such a great tool for racehorses, especially when it comes to keeping those hard-working lungs and airways healthy. The tiny salt particles help thin and loosen mucus, reduce inflammation in the airways, and support clearer airways and healthier lungs. 🫁🌿It can also be a natural way to support the body with exercise-induced bleeding and recovery. Basically… helping these athletes breathe easier and recover better. ❤️

And when you’re asking them to go fast, the little things matter. Jackson’s owner & trainer are all about giving their horses the best care possible, from the track to recovery and everything in between. Because happy, healthy horses come first. 🐎

Okay, this is too cute not to share! 🥹🐑

I was out at Besa Acres doing a salt therapy session for Dollars and they took me over to meet their sheep! 👋🐑 Linzie called her flock and they came running for pets and love! 💕 Such a sweet moment and it definitely melted my heart to watch! ✨🐑❤️

Rock Well joins the Lex Express Gaming Series event! 🐴✨

What an amazing day out at the Lindsay Fairgrounds on Sunday! ☀️🙌

I was so proud to be there supporting the show team I sponsor, doublehranchomemee, and cheering on so many of my other clients who were competing throughout the day. It’s always so fun getting to see everyone out at the shows and watching all their hard work pay off! ✨

Rock Well was set up offering salt therapy treatments and had lots of familiar faces stop in, along with some new ones too! It was great getting to catch up with everyone, meet some new people, and of course spend the day around horses. 🤍

A big congratulations to everyone who competed this weekend! 🏆🐎 Lynn & Jeff did an incredible job hosting this event and making it so fun to be a part of!

Thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hi and who joined us for a session. It was such a great day and I can’t wait for the next one! 🌿✨
