For veterinary lines of food we will support Royal Canin which often has equivalent diets to Hill’s & Purina. We will support and work with you and your pet in a change of diet if possible. We understand that your pet’s health is most important to you and us and a change might not be an option.

This information pertains to the veterinary lines of these company’s foods ONLY, which are often manufactured at a different location than their regular non-prescription lines of food. Please visit your local pet store such as Canadian owned Bosleys at Columbia Square to discuss Canadian options that might be right for your pet.

Paws will be closed Sunday and Monday, February 16 and 17, so staff can spend time with their loved ones. Come visit us for a check-up or a cuddle later in the week —because every pet deserves the best care!

Grooming:

Fear and stress can have a big impact on our pets’ health—elevating heart rate, increasing pain perception, and making recovery harder. That’s why we take extra steps to ensure a calm and comforting experience. One of these steps is to prescribe an oral calming medication prior to exams or procedures. Can’t forget the canines, and what a pawsome year it’s been! 🐾✨ From wagging tails to happy hearts, we’ve had the honor of caring for so many amazing dogs in 2024. Here’s a look back at some of our furry friends who made this year unforgettable. 🐕💖 Thank you for trusting us with your pups — we can’t wait for another year of tail wags and puppy snuggles!
