🐈⬛☆URGENT HELP NEEDED ☆☆
**UPDATE**
Angus is in hospital. Waiting for an update about his Xrays, but he remained stable last night at the update at one am. Hopefully surgery soon to remove his one eye which was completely luxated. It will depend on the Xrays and other injuries. Luckily, he is a young and otherwise healthy little boy. I'll update when we know more.**
Sitting at the emergency vet clinic, waiting for news about our wee man Angus. Just 3 months and 3 weeks old, he has been injured, and rushed here.
He's an indoor foster kitten, of course, but he slipped out the door, past the dog, was outside for under 10 minutes, and reappeared for treats when called, with horrific injuries.
We have absolutely no idea what happened in that short space of time...but he has suffered major face/head trauma. A car or vehicle is most likely suspect.
I am not posting pictures as the injury is, quite frankly, even for me, distressing to look at.
He has pain meds on board, will be getting anti-inflammatories, fluids, radiographs, and probably surgery if all goes well. As to swelling, brain bleeds, etc., etc...no idea of what is ahead until the pain is under control and further assessment can be done.
He will be hospitalized.
