🐾 We’re on the Move (Literally Next Door!) 🏠

Big things are happening! We’re in the process of moving and setting up Carnivore Kingdom in our new location — directly beside our original store here on Cliff Street.

We’ll be open tomorrow, November 11th, (11am–5pm) to help with all your pets’ needs, but things might look a little ruff as we unpack and organize. 🐶🐱

Please be patient with us while we navigate through boxes and a bit of beautiful chaos — we promise it’ll be worth it! 💪💛

💔 Our Friends at Harbour City Computers Need Us 💪

We were heartbroken to hear that Harbour City Computers was broken into and robbed — right before Christmas rush. A lot of their laptops and phones were stolen including for their Tech Forward donation program, and the damage goes far beyond the equipment.

If you’ve lived in Nanaimo for any length of time, you’ve probably felt the ripple of this business’ kindness. Harbour City Computers has quietly (and consistently) supported families in need, donated and repaired computers for kids’ education, helped with men’s mental health causes, lifted up local small businesses (including us after our own break-in), and even supported volunteer firefighters.

Now it’s our turn to have their backs. 💙

Carnivore Kingdom is proud to support the Errington Volunteer Fire Department in their Movember campaign — raising funds and awareness for men’s mental health, prostate cancer research, and critical medical support for the dads, sons, brothers, partners, and friends in our lives.

This one hits home. My brother is a volunteer firefighter with Errington, and he has always been a steady, positive force in my life. He shows up for his community without hesitation, always ready to put others first. I’m incredibly proud of him — and the entire team — for continuing to serve and now stepping up again for such an important cause.

Movember matters. Men’s mental health matters. Early cancer detection matters. And our first responders — who carry so much on their shoulders — deserve support too.

It’s moments like these that remind us how powerful it is when a community comes together to support one another. Giving back isn’t just about donations — it’s about connection, compassion, and making a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
