We are happy to report that Judy Myllymaki will once be willing to come to Nakusp Creek Quarter Horses for a Barrel Racing Workshop.
Judy Myllymaki is a much sought after Barrel Racing Coach and can help all levels of horses and riders.
Cost of Workshop $550 CAD includes pens, lots of room for parking your trailer. Some power hook ups available.
A $200 deposit required to hold a spot. Maximum 12 riders. You can bring more than one horse for no extra cost.
Date: May 10-11, 2019.
We have a 90’ x 180’ indoor and a 150’ x 280’ outdoor. Both with great footing for running barrels.

It is now time for us to stop feeding the cows and them to start feeding us!!
Our beef is grass fed. Animals are approx 18 months old. No drugs. They are born and raised on our farm.
Farm gate prices:
Sides of Beef - $4.80/ #
1/2 Sides of Beef - $4.80/ #
Front Quarters - $4.70/ #
Hind Quarters - $4.90/ #

These prices are based on hanging weight and does not include Cut, wrapping and freezing. We transport sides to Marks Custom Cutting for hanging (aging) and you arrange for the cutting to your specification and pay him direct.

Just A Reminder our BCBRA Barrel Race and fun Play day will start tomorrow at 1 pm. We will run the BCBRA barrels first followed immediately by the Play Day barrels, then the second run of the BCBRA barrels for those wanting to make two runs then we will continue with the other 3 events of the Play day. They will be Obstacle Race, California Stakes, and Pole Bending. The Play Day is for all ages of horses and riders and all abilities. We don’t do classes per se but riders are categorized by whether they walk, trot, or lope the patterns. No need to specify ahead. You ride, I watch your gaits and judge accordingly.
