Hey guys, Alyson (Ruff Life Grooming) here! This is my last week in the salon before I go on my holidays until I return after Labour day weekend. My availability for answering messages will be sporadic while I’m on vacation but if any of my clients are looking to book an appointment with me, call the salon and request my next availability.

Fire Update

We are currently NOT in an evacuation alert zone but it is moving closer to us. We are remaining open for as long as it is safe. However, should things change and we are required to close, we will call you to collect your pet IMMEDIATELY. We will confirm your contact number and will request an additional contact number upon drop-off.

If your groomer has to evacuate their home, they will call you to get your dog immediately, your dog’s groom may not be completed.

If you need to reschedule, please call, message or text us, and we will be happy to help. Above all, please stay safe and avoid evacuation zones to allow first responders to work efficiently.

Thank you for your cooperation during these unprecedented times.
