Our One-Day Horse Camps are beginner-friendly, small-group horse adventures for kids ages 6–16 near Mount Forest, Ontario.

Kids enjoy riding lessons, a river trail ride, grooming, horse care, horse decorating fun, and a take-home craft.

No experience necessary — just bring lunch, drinks, boots or closed-toe shoes, and a sense of adventure!

• Never ridden before? No problem! Our quiet, safe horses and ponies suit all levels of riders from ages 8 to seniors.

• Confident 6-7 yr olds can be led by a guide

Our One-Day Kids Horse Camps at Fairbanks River Trail Rides are the perfect intro to horses — without the pressure (or cost) of a full week. First time riders and beginners welcome!

**SOLD!** The horse your grandma can ride! Dallas is about as safe and quiet as they come - put a first time rider, a child, a super nervous rider on him and he will totally babysit them. He's an 8 yr old 15h stocky Quarter Horse gelding, former ranch horse from Oklahoma, recently imported to Canada but he's just too pokey for the ranch job. His expertise is being a comfy couch and teacher for anyone that needs an uber safe horse. Bombproof on trails, nothing fazes him, excellent ground manners. Sound, barefoot, not had maintenance, gets along great with other horses, and is ready to look after his next rider. Every trainer needs this kind of horse in their barn! He's going to make someone very happy and I don't expect will be here long! Located west of Toronto but can arrange shipping anywhere in Canada or the US.
