I work with several rescue groups that have territorial dogs in care. These dogs struggle to make good “house pets” as they do not like strangers approaching or entering the home or coming near their people. These dog are not dangerous but are large and intimidating and in the right circumstances will hold their ground. I feel there is a suitable home for these dogs. If you or someone you know has a shop or equipment, sport toys that are in a designated area that need protection and you can provide these dogs with warm dry sleeping quarters, and are able to keep them safely put away when strangers come please consider saving a life and helping one of these dogs. They are all vetted and fixed and LOVE their person just never do well with strangers. They deserve a home as much as the next dog and have done nothing wrong other than be a dog that guards it’s territory (which is natural for some breeds). Please help by sharing and/or contacting friends, let’s get these pooches a home where they can do what comes natural to them.
