🐾 Update 🐾

Since 12 weeks have elapsed, I wanted to touch base regarding my health and healing status.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to return to normal activity in my home life, nor am I asymptomatic at this time.
I have certainly improved, but my condition is not stable enough to consider adding activity or stress to my neck at this time.
Going forward, I will have a higher risk of disc re-herniation as well as stenosis related complications that could cause irreversible damage to the affected nerves in my neck and arm.
It certainly has been a bumpy journey and all I can do is continue treatment and take things a day at a time.
My sincere apologies for the continued uncertainty of my situation.
