Happy Friday! We had good news this morning.

All of Jaxx renal numbers came down from Monday!! She’s off the iv fluids, although I have supplies to give her fluid under the skin if needed.

She’s eating with lots of games and encouragement. All those agility lessons and skills have paid off! Takes time to get the appetite back but the meds help a lot. She has not lost any weight thank goodness.

Thanks to you all for your positive thoughts and prayers for our sweet little bear.

Jaxxie is happy to roam free in the yard and the house without the iv machine and us watching every step she takes. We will continue to work our butts off to make this girl the healthiest again!!

Our littlest bear Jaxx has had a rough couple weeks.
Renal failure is one of the scariest health issues for our fur babies. Too many very scary moments have flashed before our eyes.

Jaxx spent 4 days in the vet clinic and has been home with us since Friday. We’ve completely devoted every moment of each day to caring for her.

She has been the goodest girl, enduring many pokes, IV fluids and lots of pills to swallow.

Her blood work on Monday showed improvements.
Another visit to Friday to run her bloodwork her once again. Please keep praying hard for our floof of a girl. 🙏🏻🩷🙏🏻🩷🩷

has gone over, above and beyond to treat Jaxx. The entire staff has shown us and Jaxx so much compassion and kindness. I don’t even have all the words to express how very grateful we are.

Jema has also been the best support and therapy dog we could ask for ♥️♥️♥️
