Use the COBIT to shoe to the bone structure.
Balance the feet, and bone alignment will improve.

COBIT finds optimum breakover in relation to the coffin bone.

For horses with very specific needs, the COBIT can be used to provide a repeatable reference for a farrier, so x-rays are not needed every time.
