A friendly reminder to all my clients:
I am currently receiving 10–15 messages every day asking about earlier appointments and cancellations. While I completely understand wanting to get your dog in sooner, answering these messages on top of a full grooming schedule is becoming overwhelming.
If I have a cancellation or an opening that becomes available, I will reach out to clients who may be able to take that spot. Sending multiple messages asking for updates will not move you up the list or create additional openings.
I appreciate everyone's patience and understanding. I'm doing my best to accommodate as many dogs as possible while maintaining a reasonable workload and providing quality care to every pet in my salon.
