As spring unfolds, wild micro-greens emerge everywhere. Nettles are some of the first to arrive, providing beneficial minerals and nutrients to support seasonal transitions, detoxify and replenish. Our favourite way to consume nettles is adding fresh picked sprouts into stir fries, soups and my personal comfort food favourite, nourishing nettle Mac & Cheese. The earth provides endlessly.
