Please don't wait your dog to be very matted ,it will turn into like this ,we don't want to hurt them by brushing too much .and we don't want to accidentally cut the skin because too matted , we don't want to be blamed because of grooming. Please bring them at least 4 to 6 weeks maximum 8 weeks to avoid getting matted. Please don't cut the fur of your dog especially on their face or head because of knots or can't see anymore, sometimes you request that you want bear cut or cute when you already chop chop your dog. We help but we can't do miracle, Please advice clients regarding their glad to ask the groomer to do their glad because its necessary to some dogs . Sometimes after grooming if not removing the gland they started to rub their bum on the ground ,sometimes it cause of bleeding ,again we don't want to be blame for that , we are not obligated to your vet bills because they rub their bum on the floor and bleed. The same thing with matted and long nail dog, allergies we are not responsible for being neglected dog. If you can't afford the grooming bring to the SPCA or we call them . It's your choice . Now im being serious, some clients they put blame a lot on groomers , l want to let clients sign a papers that we are not obligated on paying vet bills , if Doogie is very difficult to groom , very matted , and bleeding bum because they rub their bum on the ground . We are not just a groomer , we have respect ..
