Turtle,

my beautiful Turtle.
Your absence is the heaviest burden I have carried. Not in my hands, not on my shoulder, but somewhere deep inside my heart where you belong now.

You were one of a kind and will be remembered as the gentleman you were.

Loving, protector, goofy, playful and a gentle soul who raised all our babies, kittens and puppies we have raised here in the past 8 years.

Giving blood at our clinic to make plasma to help any other dogs who needed it, without blinking, because you knew you could steal a toy after.

You taught me a lot and have been with me through chaos. It’s been hell of a ride…

Always by my side to welcome new souls into this world while little mommy were labouring through the night. A cup of tea and my Turtle were all I needed, by my side, surrounded by his love and protective eye, as he welcomed the new babies into our world.

Run free, my boy. You had a wonderful life here with us, surrounded by all types of babies, kittens, puppies, birds, and frogs.

H***h will always have a part of you inside of him. He is a very good boy, too, but not Turtle good.

We had a hard time trying to make something good of this ‘lil punk, but you did great with him, and he has been blessed to have you as his big bro.

Pretty sure he will live up to your standards now that he has stepped up as the Alpha of the household. You left me in good hands, but I still miss you.
