I am the HEAD GROOMER at Studio paws since February 2020. I have been working on the grooming industry since I was 10 year old (family business), today, with over 25 years experience, I can definitely assure you that i have all the tools and knowledge necessary to accommodate you needs and as well the well-being of your puppies!
I've been grooming and teaching grooming over 28 COUNTRIES different to spread my passion for grooming and animals!
So, dont feel shy or not sure about bringing you dog in!
But, you must know before you bring them in:
- I WILL treat you pet with respect all the time
- I WILL give it love and affection
- I WILL make sure that you pet have a good experience
- I WILL NOT negotiate my standards
- I WILL NOT compromise the MENTAL health of your pet, putting it under stress not needed, only because you have not taken care of your dog!
- I WILL NOT overrule my passion and my profession because of your MONEY
- I WILL ALWAYS do what's best for your pet
- I WILL ALWAYS explain, teach, give my opinion and educate every client
- I WILL ALWAYS try to please you with a high performance and quality grooming
- I WILL NEVER sell or promise something to you that i won't be able to deliver
- I WILL NEVER accept disrespectful behavior
- I WILL NEVER put your priorities over the dogs health.. (if it could harm your pet, i will not do it... don't insist)
That's who I am, and that's what I've been doing for so long. And I hope we are all in the same page! 😅
I'd love to groom your puppy, and I'll do my best to make you happy!
