🌀 The Ripple Effects of a Healing Session
Many people assume that when a healing session ends, the healing is complete.
But often, the session itself is only the beginning.
Think of a healing session like a stone being gently dropped into still water. The moment the stone touches the surface is brief, but the ripples continue moving outward long after the stone has disappeared beneath the water.
💫 The healing session is the stone.
💫 What happens afterward is the ripple.
Over the hours, days, and sometimes weeks that follow, the energy may continue to move through you—physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Things may begin rising to the surface to be acknowledged, felt and released: old emotions, past traumas, memories, limiting beliefs, fears, attachments and patterns that may no longer serve who you are becoming.

💫 You may suddenly recognize something differently.
💫 You may feel emotions you thought you had already dealt with.
💫 You may need more rest or quiet time.
💫 You may have vivid dreams, new insights or unexpected clarity.
💫 You may feel lighter and more peaceful… or temporarily more emotional as something buried comes forward to be released.

This does not necessarily mean that something is wrong or that the healing “didn’t work.”
Transformation is not always an instant event. It can be an unfolding.

A healing session can create the space for you to see what has been hidden, release what you are ready to let go of, and become more conscious of the patterns that have been keeping you from moving forward.

And every person’s experience is different. Sometimes the shift is subtle. Sometimes it is profound. Sometimes you recognize it immediately, and sometimes you only realize weeks later:

“Something within me has changed.”

So after receiving Reiki, IET, energy healing or another transformational healing session… give yourself permission to simply observe.

💫 Be gentle with yourself.
💫 Rest when you need to.
💫 Drink water.
💫 Journal.
💫 Spend time in nature.
💫 Notice your dreams, emotions and realizations.
💫 Allow what is ready to leave to leave.

The session may have ended, but the ripples may just be beginning.

One small shift in energy, awareness or consciousness can create ripples that touch every area of your life.

This quote is a beautiful reminder that, although people may follow different religions, spiritual traditions, or beliefs, we all share the same desire for love, harmony, compassion, and peace.

It encourages us to look beyond our differences and recognize the divine spark that exists within every human being. Rather than focusing on what separates us, we are invited to come together in respect, understanding, and cooperation for the highest good of all.

Peace begins within each of us. When we cultivate inner peace through prayer, meditation, kindness, forgiveness, and compassion, that peaceful energy ripples outward into our families, communities, and ultimately the world. Every loving thought, prayer, and action contributes to the collective consciousness of humanity.
