A perfect vegetarian mushroom “meatball” made using gourmet oyster mushrooms, rice, oats and lots of umami seasonings. Best ever and melt-in-your-mouth non-meat meatballs recipe that you’d ever come across. They are absolutely delicious, vegetarian, rich in proteins and packed with flavours. They pair excellently with fresh pasta, on garlic bread, on sandwiches or just eat them on their own! These are also great for meal prep and can be frozen in an airtight container for up to one month.
