As a small business owner, I have received an increased number of cancelations and no-shows. As a result, I have come to the decision to implement a cancelation policy which will now require a booking deposit of $35.00 (excludes nail trim only appointments).

Deposits can be made via e-transfer or leaving your credit card on file to be charged automatically when booking an appointment.

Existing clients, please check your email (if I don’t have your email, a text will be sent instead) for the new waiver in which needs to be signed in order to continue as a client.
