Maddie, she was a rescue, found tied up on a porch in Mexico. She has a lot of issues, fearful and reactive on walks 🙁. But she's living her best life now, her mom is super patient. Once, I did a bedtime visit after I had been out for dinner. I had my contact lenses in, hair was loose and I wore makeup. She was so freaked out, it took me 10min to convince her that I was me 🫣

Brooklyn, Rickards and Cooper, Cavalier King Charles spaniels. Their mom likes the long hair, including the Grinch feet. They were very matted when I first started visiting, but I got them all straightened out and have been maintaining their coats for months now. Sadly while brushing, I discovered a lump under the neck of the eldest. He has lymphoma, but has been doing chemo for the last 4 months and doing ok 💛

Every day I get an update that 40 to 50 people looked at my profile. I'm looking for more grooming victims 😁. I left the salon environment for now, so I have time on weekends too. I will come to your house and groom your dog, you can help, watch, learn or just ignore me. I can handle most dogs, just text me and I will see what I can do.

I often do house call grooming, but on weekends I work at a highly rated salon. You see grooming videos of dogs standing still and cooperative. That rarely happens, maybe one in 10 or fewer 😕. These two were jumping all over the table and I have only about 2hrs before the next dog comes in. Wrestling takes up a huge chunk of time. So while I would love to do the near perfect haircut, it's just not possible. It's also not fair to the dog to take more than 2hrs, they just don't have the patience. The salon offers a 7 day "warranty", and so do I with my own business. The cockapoo had never been groomed, his coat came off in one sheet it was so matted. And the shih tsu could barely see. He was super uncooperative with trimming around his eyes and that was difficult because his eyes were bulging and there are skin folds right under. This is what I do ❤️
