Our Annual Food Truck Feast-ival is back again for its 7th year! 🥪🥤 Join us on Saturday, October 11th at the Miramichi Exhibition Grounds from 11AM - 7PM for a super Saturday filled with activities and delicious dishes!

This year, we invite you to explore over 25 unique vendors, live music, a silent auction, 50/50 tickets, exciting kids' activities and games, and 9️⃣ different food trucks! 🚚

All proceeds will directly support the Miramichi SPCA 🐈‍⬛️🐾, so grab the family and come hungry at the Food Truck Feast-ival. You won't want to miss this!

We are in need of a few hands this weekend:

All time slots are for Saturday October 11th Food Truck Fest.

10:30-2:15 1 or 2 people for gate 1
10:30-2:15 1 or 2 people for 2nd gate
2:15-6pm 1 or 2 people for gate 1
2:15-6pm 1 or 2 people for 2nd gate

12-5pm 1 or 2 people who are not shy to walk the crowd and sell 50/50 tickets.

Saturday evening approx 6pm-7:30pm to help with tear down of items.

Tomorrow morning, the NBCC Business Administration Management Year 2 students are hosting a Bottle Drive in support of the Miramichi SPCA. You can drop off your bottles at the NBCC Miramichi Parking Lot on 80 University Avenue from 7 AM - 1 PM.

Students will also be at PetSmart, Global Pet Foods, and Pet Valu tomorrow from 9 AM - 1 PM, accepting donations of Cat Food, Toys, Bleach and other items as well as Cash Donations.

Please support the NBCC Business Administration Management students and the Miramichi SPCA. ~ John

We are still accepting last minute auction items for this years food truck fest. Please note: for this auction items must be brand new (gift cards, crafts, new items you wouldn't mind winning). All these items will be auctioned off and proceeds will go to the animals. Deadline for drop off is Wednesday October 8th 3pm, at the SPCA

Elouise is a 4 year old spayed female missing from Burnt Church since October 1st.

May be lost looking for home, owner recently moved so unsure if she can find her way back.

A huge thank you going out to the wonderful Meghan Sheasgreen and 'Beauty on the Block'. She was able to raise $840 for the shelter to go towards helping animals in need. Thank you so much Meghan! You're awesome,! 🥰

❤️‼️SUCCESS STORY SATURDAY‼️❤️

Seventeen-year-old Sasha came into the shelter as an owner surrender when her owners could no longer care for her. From day one, the odds were stacked against her. Senior cats already have a harder time finding the right home, and she underwent major surgery to treat a potentially deadly uterine infection called Pyometra. Despite that, Sasha was an absolute rockstar and able to recover. It wasn't long before she met an amazing lady, Sal, who instantly fell in love with Sasha and showed up the very next day ready to give Sasha the happily ever after she deserved. A few happy tears were shed, and we hope she is enjoying her golden years with her awesome owner. We are grateful to amazing humans like her for opening their hearts to senior/special needs cats who need it most.

We all love and miss you, Sasha!

Storm, male, around a year old, not fixed. Has a small black dot on his nose and has a very fluffy tail. Very friendly and trusting. He is an indoor cat but got outside.
