📋 Important Appointment Policy Reminder
Dear Clients,
As a courtesy and to ensure smooth scheduling for everyone, please note the following appointment policies:
🔹 Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 2 hours’ notice is required. This allows me the opportunity to offer that time slot to another client. (Exceptions may be made for emergencies, at our discretion)
🔹 No-Call / No-Show Appointments:
If an appointment is missed without notice, 50% of the missed grooming fee will be applied. This fee must be paid prior to booking your next appointment.
Please understand that when an appointment is missed without notice, that time cannot be filled, resulting in lost wages and scheduling gaps that affect the day’s flow. Your cooperation helps me continue to provide the best care and grooming experience for all pets and their owners.
