( COVID-19 )
James Snow Animal Hospital

In the wake of COVID-19, we are working to improve social distancing by implementing some measures to slow the spread of COVID-19 by reducing the need for in person contact, while still providing care for our valued clients and patients and keep everyone safe during this outbreak.

Appointments :
__We are limiting access to the reception/waiting area. Clients are requested to remain outside or in their vehicle and upon arrival please call us at 905-864-9909 to notify us of your arrival.

__ To minimize person to person exposure, in most cases our staff will bring your pet inside after taking all necessary information and payment can be made over the phone.

__ We will be allowing only one person to come inside the clinic with your pet if needed.

Items pick up :
In case you need to pick up any item (food, refill, over the counter product) please call us ahead of time or upon your arrival to pay over the phone and we will deliver it to you outside or to your vehicle.

Payments :
We prefer taking payments over the phone rather than cash, visa, mastercard or debit card.
***Please inform our staff in advance if you have travel history outside Canada or have been in contact with any sick person within the last 14 days.

We appreciate everyone’s help during this uncertain time and are sorry for any inconvenience. STAY SAFE

Pippin was brought to James Snow Animal Hospital for vomiting small rocks. Upon taking X-rays, it was clear that she didn't make a right choice by eating so many pebbles. Her stomach was just packed. She was operated on her stomach and now she is enjoying her regular kibbles. Glad to see Pippin back to her happy self.
