This gopher found Alberta oil on his first try. It took Imperial Oil 133 dry holes. 🛢️

Back in 1947, Leduc No. 1 changed Alberta forever, and it happened just down the road from us. Our gopher just took the shortcut: straight down through the topsoil, the glacial till and the shale to a 370-million-year-old coral reef.

He didn't strike it rich, though. He ended up at Pipestone Farm Supply, which is probably the smarter move. Rodent control, buckets, scoops, animal health supplies and a whole lot more.

Swing by the store in Millet or shop online. We'd love to see you. 🐾
