Just trying to figure out how to shut down this FB page. If anyone knows let me know how to do it. We have moved on to a 5 acre estate in Cobourg and Cayuse Creek Ranch is no more. However, it will live in our hearts forever. It has been a wonderful experience. We are keeping 4 Arabians boarded out, 2 of which we will ride, probably more than we have been able to the last few years as we just got too big too fast and just too much work for a couple of old farts.

Cayuse Creek Ranch is sold. We are moving on to a new life, but keeping 4 horses. Now we are looking for a boarding facility within 30 minutes of Cobourg. Please give us some leads if you know of any that have room. We also have a lot of "stuff" for sale. Will be having a sale the August long weekend to coincide with the OCTRA Memorial Ride as we are only a few minutes away.

FOR SALE: Serena is an unregistered mare but obviously Arabian lineage. She is a rescue horse through the auction. She is chestnut, 15 hh and approximately estimated to be 13 – 15 years old. We broke her to ride and started her on trail but she is still green. Her temperament is very sweet (hence her name) but she has a lot of spirit and strong personality. My guess is she was a race horse broodmare from the US. We will give her to a good home as long as the person promises to return her rather than flip her if she does not work out for them.

My new "hand me down horse". Michelle has her new horse, and I have mine, thanks to Michelle. He is DTD Jess The One (aka "Jesse"). Has been sidelined for a year, now back under saddle. No slouch - won Canadian Nationals SH in Hand a few years ago, just needs some tuning up. Love his quiet attitude, good work ethic, no drama, no fear of obstacles, amazing gaits. Soon to be on trail, which is where all our horses go.

Michelle's new horse and first ride of 2019. Al Sheehab aka "Dexter" is a 5 YO Egyptian Arabian. Despite his age he is as solid as a rock, very forward and spooks at nothing. Lots of trail miles ahead for the year.

Congratulations to Heidi Naumann on her purchase of Hajeenah (aka Jeena), a wonderful Arabian/SB cross mare. Jeena will, I am sure, be a great friend and distance competition horse for Heidi.

Cayuse Creek Ranch is an equestrian center located near Millbrook ON. The owners, Bob Coleman and Michelle Bignell, have been riding, breeding and competing with Arabian horses for over 20 years. The110 acre facility offers an indoor arena, training ring, obstacle course and, most importantly, access to the beautiful Ganaraska Forest with its hundreds of miles of trails. We offer outside boarding with 7 separate paddocks, each with its own shelter, de-iced water in winter, ample good quality hay and pastures in the summer. Bring your own coach or use one of ours. We also have Arabian horses for sale from time to time.
