Did you know that you can use cooking Tallow to season your new griddle or existing griddle. Why buy a product with potentially harmful chemicals when you can use something 100% natural. Just clean your griddle apply the Tallow and allow it to burn off. If you buy a griddle sheet you can do this at home in the oven for 1.5hrs at 350%. These smaller sheets are great for existing BBQ's then you have the best of both worlds when cooking.
