When it comes to the kitchen garden, I like to overwinter carrots in the greenhouse. Saves on fridge space big time! It also allows a family of rabbits to come eat and shelter. Why do I care, because they leave their little bits of fertility.

Im not always organized for every crop, every year. This season I picked up some onion sets from canadian tire. The white onions are esspecially good and I'll be expanding on this next season. Here is to my favorite vegetable, the onion.
