Hey all,

Grooming appointments booked for today are going to be canceled on account of theres no way my vehicle is going to make it anywhere until roads are plowed.

Having technical difficulties with the booking software but as soon as we get it working again everyone will get a call and I will find somewhere to work you back in this week/weekend

Hey everyone,

Hunter here. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that I will be leaving Comfy Kennels in December just before Christmas.

A really great opportunity to open my own business in my hometown (Maple Creek) opened up. Now that things are looking really solidified on that front I figured I would make a post about about it officially. My last day is planned to be December 20th.

Bookings for November and December are filling up pretty fast so if you want in before I leave id recommend calling sooner rather than later. Theres still a small handful of people I have to get back to that called during my weekend probably by tomorrow.

It's been a pleasure getting to know everyone and its a little bittersweet to be leaving behind so many great clients 😔

Hey all,

I seem to have come down with something this week and am periodically losing my voice enitrely. Theres a backlog of call backs to make from over the long weekend, please bare with me. I'm hoping to have my voice back enough to get back to everyone friday at the latest. Taking a bit more time than usual 😅

Since there has been a few inquiries I should probably make a post about it 😅

As of right now while we do offer the option to request a booking for boarding online, we are not currently doing that with grooming. There is a lot of variables that go into booking a dog for a groom (size, temperment, hair type, haircut style etc) vs a board that affect things like appointment length. Its easier to book appropriately via a conversation.

We may be using it in the future for grooming but at the moment we are not offering that option, to book in still just give the kennel a shout and i usually get back within a day or 2 (outside of my days off which are friday-sunday)

Please call the kennel for all bookings. Texting me is a surefire way to ensure you dont get an appointment booked, as I have the memory of a goldfish and WILL just forget.

Leave a message with the kennel and I will get back to you between haircuts as soon as I can.

Texts or calls to my personal phone will be ignored going foreward, especially calls or texts on my days off/during lunch breaks.

Alright grooming hours for the new year have been finalized, to offset that I will no longer be working on saturdays, Mondays have had evening hours extended.

Starting January 1st:

Monday: 11am-10pm
Tuesday-Thursday: 9am - 8pm

Hopefully this will leave some time still accessible to people unable to get in during typical working hours through the week.

Bookings from now through December 27th are pretty much full as of today, I will be working the 28th and 29th if you are looking to get in after Christmas.

I will be off work taking a bit of a break between October 5th and October 17th. I will be unavailable duringn this time, so if you are looking to book for the week before i still have 1 or 2 spots for the 3rd and 4th and a few spots the week im back.

My hours will also be changing in the new year and i woll now be working monday-thursday, and off friday/saturday/sunday.
