Today wasn’t about getting the perfect groom. Today was about building trust. Today was about getting this dog comfortable. Piper came in today extremely scared. She was fear biting, she was terrified. That being said she went from fear biting to the video(so much love). She was giving me kisses she was letting me kiss her. We built a bond today. She let me touch the top of her head. It took time. It took patience. It took a level head. Today Piper is my success story! I am beyond proud of Piper.

A little update from me…

One thing I’ve always promised is honesty and transparency, and that won’t change.

As a small business owner, I am also a person. Like everyone else, I have things going on outside of work. I do my very best to keep those things from affecting my business, but life happens sometimes. All I ask is for the same grace and respect that I extend to others.

Respect and communication go both ways. If we’re not the right fit, that’s completely okay, and I sincerely wish you the best in finding a groomer who better suits your needs.

To my amazing clients,

I wanted to be transparent with you all. Over the past while, I’ve been experiencing burnout, and I’ve realized it’s important for me to take a few days to rest and recharge so I can continue giving every pet the patience, care, and attention they deserve.

Your pets mean the world to me, and I never want to show up as anything less than my best. Taking this short break is the best way for me to come back refreshed and continue providing the quality grooming you know and expect from Bubbles ’n Clips.

That said, I do still have a few select appointment days available before and after my time off, so if your furry friend is due for a groom, feel free to send me a message and I’ll do my best to find a time that works.

One thing that’s really important to me is open communication.

Constructive feedback helps me grow, and I never want anyone to feel uncomfortable reaching out. Whether it’s a small adjustment, a question about your groom, or something you’d like done differently next time, I’m always happy to have that conversation.

At the end of the day, relationships matter more to me than perfection. Kind, honest communication will always accomplish more than silence, and I’m committed to providing not only quality grooms but also an experience where you feel heard, respected, and cared for.
