Hi Everyone..... This decision has been very tough on both Jeff and myself. As of October 2024. we have decided to decrease our workweek to 3 days. Some weeks, Thurs, Fri, Sat and others Wed, Thurs, and Fri. We never thought we would be this busy or enjoy grooming your pups so much. We will no longer be taking new clients. Jeff has retired twice now. I am old and he is older. We also have 7 dogs at home to walk and care for. We need a moment to relax and enjoy more home and together time. Pumpkin has not been returned. However, there have been positive signs ocurring from the heart breaking situation. I realize people care and many have shared stories about their pets and stranger danger. People are also sending pics of found large dogs and they have found their way home. Jeff and I have become more vigilant and make sure ours are in sight when we are working outside. I blame myself. I did not see Pumpkin stray from the group when we were working inside and out. The kindness of everyone has been amazing. I know I am not the only person to have a pet taken. If you are the person that took PK...please treat her kindly and love her. She loves her daily hotdog, it's her favorite treat. She enjoys being brushed and the walk abouts and playing with the other kids. She enjoys being petted and smooches and leaning on you when you sit with her. Thank you everyone. Sue

Still no word on Pumpkin. Again thank you all for watching for her. Facebook may ban me for my opinion, fair enough. Those of you that know me, realize I don't waste words. I'm aware our road doesn't have a lot of traffic. However, there has been a lot of workmen out here lately. I want to tell the brainless idiot(s) that took her, both you and your mothers must be proud to have raised a useless thief. You will get caught. Then you will whine and cry about your tough life. No one cares. I would call you a smelly f***l pile, since you have little or no functioning brain cells, these words are too big for you to understand. Let me put it so you do understand. When you look in the mirror or look up sh****ad in the dictionary your face will appear. Karma works slowly, not like the bitch friend of hers mother nature. You will get your just reward. I'm applying to take over for Karma in my next life...I will kick your ass so far up around your ears you will walk on your hands to get around. If I practiced voodoo, I'd make a doll and poke you full of pins. Instead I wish you well. I wish you get bloody hemmoroids, crabs in you eyebrows, STD's, that can't be cured and an itchy rash all over your body. Then most of all you live forever.

For anyone wondering about our grooming shop. We have 3 employees and have been open 7 years. Our way of doing things are quite different than most other groomers. We have 1 pet in at a time or a family of pets. (2 or more). I do not believe in caging or muzzling. Your pets groom includes shampoo, conditioner, nail trims and the cut or tidy requested. Safety and kindness are most important. All faces are cleaned and rinsed with wash clothes and tearless shampoo. Water is never sprayed in the face, no pet is ever left alone on a table. The phone is not answered if we are busy, so leave a message. All equipment, sinks and tables are cleaned between grooms. Pets are taken out for walks around the shop or played with if anxious. Most pets are finished within 2 hours. A family of pets (more than 2), will be booked in for the day. If allowed your pet gets snacks. We hope this answers many of your questions. I do not care if humans like me, I am an acquired taste. I do care and hope your dogs like us. Hopefully, this answers any questions you may have. Thank you. Sue, Jeff and Teayonie (Miss T).
