Our Dearest Customers,
As most of you know, Tail & Paws has been closed since July 31st due to faulty plumbing on the second floor of our plaza. In our dealings with our insurance company and plaza management, we had decided to move from our current location to another location in the neighbourhood to be able to serve you and your pets just as before. Unfortunately, with all the circumstance, we had no luck in finding a suitable location.
After 5 years of friendship with your four-legged friends, We’ve decided to close Tail & Paws in Thornhill and try to find a suitable location in another neighbourhood. To all the pets we served, we had the best 5 years ever with you and your humans. We’re hopeful that other local businesses can serve you to the best of their abilities.
To all the dogs and cats of the neighbourhood, Zico and I miss you. You’ll always be our best friends.
