Dogeden has been serving the Markham pet community since 1997. We love dogs – plain and simple. If daycare is not your dog's thing, we offer dog walking too.

And we’re in a unique position to give your dog individual attention and pampering when you're not able to. We've been providing a wide array of pet services to the Markham community since 1997, from staff who truly love their job. Our daycare is a great place for your dog to enjoy the company of other dogs when you are elsewhere enjoying the company of humans. Dirty dog? No problem. Our groomers

🐾🇨🇦 Did You Know? Canada’s Dogs Served Too.
As we honour our heroes this Remembrance Day, let’s not forget the four-legged soldiers who also served with courage and loyalty.

During both World Wars, dogs worked alongside Canadian troops — carrying messages, guarding posts, locating the wounded, and bringing comfort in the darkest moments.
One of the most famous was Gander, a brave Newfoundland dog with the Royal Rifles of Canada. In the Battle of Hong Kong, Gander saved lives by carrying away a live gr***de — a final act of pure devotion. He was later awarded the Dickin Medal, the animal equivalent of the Victoria Cross.

Today, military and service dogs continue to protect, rescue, and heal — reminding us that courage comes in all shapes, sizes, and species. 🐕 ❤️
