This is more than a reception role—it's an opportunity to play a key part in coordinating veterinary care for livestock and equine patients while supporting our veterinarians and technicians in delivering exceptional service.
About the Role
As our Large Animal Receptionist, you will be the communication hub for our large animal practice. You'll coordinate appointments, manage client communications, assist with patient admissions, prepare paperwork, and ensure our veterinarians have organized daily schedules that maximize efficiency.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal position for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and working collaboratively.

• Enjoys working as part of a team.
• Has veterinary, agricultural, or reception experience (preferred
but not required).
