Sometimes the calls that mean the most have nothing to do with emergencies.
Recently, members of E3 B Shift noticed a dog running loose through traffic near Hall 2. Without hesitation, the crew got out, tracked the dog for nearly eight blocks, and eventually found it hiding deep in a patch of blackberry bushes.
After some patience and teamwork, they were able to safely reunite the dog with its very relieved owner.
No lights. No sirens. Just firefighters taking the time to help someone in need.
