Why We Have a No-Show Policy
When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside just for you. If you don’t show up, are more than 15 minutes late—or cancel without giving us enough notice—it leaves a gap in our schedule that we often can’t fill on short notice.
Our 48-hour cancellation policy exists to protect the time and livelihood of our small business. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you can’t make your appointment. This gives us a fair chance to offer the spot to someone else.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice—or missed appointments entirely—are subject to our no-show/late cancellation fees, as outlined in our policy.
