Sturgeon Lake Treaty Days. We were fortunate to spend a day with the people giving wagon rides and we also had the petting zoo. Fun days. Today was trail maintenance and Wednesday was equipment maintenance. Everything should be a go for the weekend. Call Kristal to book. 306-930-6785

A couple of trail rides yesterday and used one of our up and comers. We have a full slate today plus a wagon, team and Clay away for most of it.

If we're not riding or driving horses, we're working on other things, finishing up the c-can/tack house, driveway repair and always fencing.

Things needed
Closed toe shoes, jacket or sweater, bagged lunch, water bottle, bug spray, sunscreen, hat,
we have helmets unless they prefer their own.

Time in the pen and time on the trail, help with feeding oats, brushing, tacking etc.

A couple of groups today; a class trip for one and some riding for the other group. Chief and Cowboy were used for two half trail wagon rides. The group switched out ...half pen riding and half wagon. The second group was riding in the pen working on rein control which can be frustrating for some.... it always looks so easy one said today.

Tuesday we had a group of grade ones from Montreal Lake for a class trip. They got a wagon ride with Cowboy and Chief, and had fun with petting zoo animals
