Just a little PSA refresher 🥰

As many of you know this already - this is just a little reminder…

I am not responsible for your animals nails.
I care for them in the moment but I am not responsible for the up keep of appointments.
I am in service to over 100 animals on the south shore alone plus running two other buisness and a family.

I do however try to go out of my way to set reminders based on over 100 animals different growth rates and when I believe they may be due for a trim or when I happen to be in the area.. However that is not part of my buisness but a part of myself out of love that I TRY to do ‘extra’ ..

If your animal needs a trim and you have not heard from me it is not my responsibility. Your animal is yours just like your vet appointments, and everything involving that family member.

I am here and respond quite quickly and make appointments with everyone very quickly. So please reach out to me if you need one. It’s not that Iv’e forgotten of you it’s that it’s not my job.

Unfortunately, we need to cancel nail-trimming today. The next nail-trimming days are scheduled for January 17 and 31. For those that had appointments booked today, we'll be in touch this morning about rescheduling options. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

The shop will still be open from 10-5 as usual.
