“Are Tatras stubborn?” I prefer “very committed to having a good time.” 😂🐾

Leaving the mud was clearly not on 7month old Kaïla‘a agenda. Listen to the owner’s defeated sigh at the end. Negotiations are officially over. 🤣

And don’t worry. That wonderful self-cleaning coat means much of the mud will brush or fall away once it dries. Eventually, this muddy adventure will be just a memory… and possibly a pile of dirt on the floor. 🤍

At the end of the day, someone’s having the BEST day!

Connor covered a million miles. Jack supervised. 😂🐾

Visiting family means watching their Rat Terrier investigate every leaf while Jack does what livestock guardians do best: calmly keep watch. 👀🤍

And Jack’s muddy face? He’d been digging. His self-cleaning coat is on it… just waiting for the mud to dry. 😂

Remember the nine-week-old puppy who thought the shower had her mom? This is Honey a few years later. 😂🤍

Now it’s her turn for a bath, and her expression says: “Hurry up, Mom. I have important dog things to do.” 🐾

Every time my husband calls, this is the reaction I get from Honey. 🥹💕

She recognizes his ringtone, then looks down at the screen to see his face. She gets so excited when she knows it’s Papa! She misses him terribly, and it makes me smile seeing how happy she gets when he calls.

Does your dog recognize a special person’s ringtone too? 📱🐾

“Mom, step away from the water monster. I’ve got this.” 😂🚿🐾

Nine-week-old Honey’s first trip up north came with a very suspicious discovery: the shower. Mom seemed fine, but Honey clearly needed a little more convincing. 🤍

Has your dog ever tried to rescue you from the shower? 😂

Apparently, treats are a family affair. 😂🐾

Honey and I were having a little chat when Amanita joined us. She heard her sister getting a treat and wasn’t about to miss out. Fair is fair, Mom! 🤍

Anyone else have dogs who make sure nobody gets a treat without them? 😂
